You're doing the work. The therapy, the coaching, the personal growth. And yet there are still these loops. A person, a story, an experience that just keeps playing in the background. You've probably just assumed that's part of life, like a low grade knee pain you think you just need to live with.

That's what I assumed too. I had so many looping thoughts. People from my life, from decades ago to more recently. Experiences that kept playing over and over in my head no matter how much work I did.

Until I found another way. A way to meet these loops, these people, these experiences. By creating space for them. By moving through them.

That's what we do in the Let Go Circle. Come try it yourself.

Keep me posted

No commitment. Just a heads up when the next circle is happening.

You're on the list.

We'll be in touch when the next circle is happening.
Until then, breathe.

Questions

No. You can join as long as you're open to the process. Often someone comes to mind once you begin.

This is an internal guided process. You don't need to share a single word for it to work.

A notebook, a pen, and an open heart.

Each session is 2 hours.

No. Most people feel no need to reach out after the work. Sometimes it can be helpful and if so, it tends to come from a much lighter place.

The intensity is proportional to how open you are. You control how far you go. You stay in the driver's seat the entire time.

Pay what feels right. ₪120 suggested.

This came from years of holding grudges and 100+ hours of personal work to let them go. I found something that worked and felt compelled to share it.

No. This isn't therapy and doesn't replace it. It's a meaningful addition to any inner work already being done.

Most people feel noticeably lighter. Some feel elated. You might feel a little wobbly for 24-48 hours as things settle. That's normal.

The space is calm and comfortable. Confidentiality is agreed upon by everyone in the room. What's shared stays in the circle.
